Farm Pickups are FREE!

You are welcome to pickup your order at Vibrant Farms near Baden within Waterloo Region! We are a working farm and a family home, so all large order pickups are at prescheduled dates/times. We also offer 'self-serve' pickup at the farm for smaller orders where you pre-order online, we let you know when the order is ready, and you pop by the farm when it's convenient for you to pull your order from the self-serve freezer on your own (no staff assistance). There is not a retail store on-site at this time. 

Pickup at Sage Naturopathic Clinic in Kitchener

We have partnered with Sage Naturopathic Clinic at  1601 River Rd E, Unit 103, Kitchener to offer order pickups at their location during their regular business hours. This option is only available for smaller orders (up to 2 cubic feet in space ex. chicken box or intro beef box) as they have limited freezer space available. Deliveries are made to this location bi-weekly and there is a $20 charge to the customer.    *minimum order $100

We deliver orders door-to-door to your home in Southwestern Ontario on Saturdays bi-weekly between 7am-5pm - email us to inquire when next delivery would be to your area & to get a delivery fee quote. A delivery fee will apply - click here to see our delivery map.      *minimum order $100.

PRICING by zone:

We require a minimum of 5 orders to be on each delivery date. Otherwise your order would be bumped to the next delivery date. 
  • ZONE 1 PRICING: $30 (for first 40lb box. Additional charges will be added for additional boxes.)
  • ZONE 2 PRICING: $45 (for first 40lb box. Additional charges will be added for additional boxes.)
  • ZONE 3 PRICING: $55 (for first 40lbs box. Additional charges will be added for additional boxes.)
Note: Delivery fees cover the time & mileage for a staff person to deliver your order right to you door. Thank you for your support of small farms and ensuring we can operate sustainably for many more years.

Pickup from Erb Transport Terminal *Best Option for Large Orders*

 We are now offering shipping of Vibrant Farms meats across Ontario! Your order will be delivered by one of Erb Transport's refrigerated trucks to their terminal closest to you - just pick it up there between 9am-4pm Monday-Friday. Orders must be prepaid in full before shipment. Contact us for shipping rate to the terminal of your choice.
